Islam And The Revelations Of Physical And Spiritual
Introduction
It is important to note that the only religion approved by Allah is Islam. The Al-Quran mentioned :
أن الدين عند الله الأسلام
Translation : Indeed, the only religion in the sight of Allah is Islam
There are three fundamentals part of Islam. They are
1. Islam - The scholars divided this into four major parts which are the worshipping, trade, marriage and politics. The discussion revolves around what is permissable and what is not permissable. If we go deeper, we will find how the scholars came out with the methodology of jurisprudence (أصول الفقه) of each school of thoughts (مذاهب). This is the discussion where only it touches about the outer parts of a muslim without involving the creed and the spiritual parts.
2. Iman - It derives from the Arabic word amana (أمن) which means to believe. Most of the scholars nowadays uphold the Asayairoh and Maturidiah methodology. They divided this syllybus into 20 attributes of God. This school of thought had been used by the scholars from time to time since the 3rd or 4th century of Hijrah but suddenly rose a new group who claimed to be a “ Revolutionist” in modern days rejecting this school of thought.
3. Ihsan - This is the third part of Islam. It comes from the words Ahsana (أحسن) which means to beautify. This is a part where a servant must feel the presence of God (مراقبة) in every actions he commits. This is also the part to determine whether a person is sincere or not. It will also discussed about the hurdled that the souls struggle with (حجاب) in order to worship him in every actions. Generally, this parts only talks about the spiritual sides of Islam rather than its outer parts.
The Praised And Condemnt Dunya
One of the tricky thing tha this world serve is that something that is wrong in the sight of God can be done without any bad consequences. For example, a rich corrupt politician that have been stealing people money living larvishly in this world without any bad consequences. All of the government people is under him. He keeps on doing the same things for years. This would make the repentent process hard. Now this is the example of condemnt dunya.
However, a person who might be rich or poor that doesn’t get upset with their wealth, fame and name is those who praised by the lord. They understood that this life is a test in terms of blessings and hardships. Not one person can run away from that. This is the example of the praised dunya.
Conclusion
A muslim`s act of worship is not consider to be perfect if he did not understand the revelations about the outer and inner parts. Without these two, the acts of worship will be some sort of lackness. For example, a person is praying without knowing that it is mandatory to make ablution. He prayed without it. This is the physical parts of revelations.
While the inner parts of the Muslim must be directed to God in any situation. This is called sincerity. How can God accept actions that filled with a lot of things other than him. The word akhlasa itself means to finish. The inner side must be for the sake of God only.
