Islam And The Movement Of Human

 Introduction

 

Human is one of the creatures of God. They are the only one whose fate will not be known until the judgement day. They might go to the heaven or hell. It is one of the nature that human feels weaks at one time and strong at another time due to several factors.

Thus, this paper will discuss about human in collective numbers rather than single soul. The human heart will be different when he is alone and when he is in public. For example, the feeling of arrogance only appeared when he is in public. When he is alone, another soul disease will apear such as the love of being heard of (sum`ah).

Islam And The Movement of Human

 

The word movement in this paper means the trend or directions of human beings regardless race and place from time to time. For example, the whole world once adopted sultanate concept of politics in the past. However, in present most of the countries in the world adopt democracy types of political systems.

One of the reason why the writer writes this paper is because some of the trends goes against the value of Islam.   It is also being done in a massive scale of numbers and brings a lot of benefits to a certain organizations.

Before the prophetic revelation, the people of mecca done a lot of bad things and not worshipping one true God. However, prophet Mohamad was not affected by it. Allah saves him according to his way and he preached to the community afterwards.

Human Trends

 

It is one of the nature`s event for human to speak or acted upon something during particular time in a massive scale. For example, the rock band music is no longer become a global phenomena nowadays unlike in the year early 2000 and the 90`s . It was then taken by another types of music later on.

Now the muslim must be aware of this kind of events. Some of the event might totally are prohibited according to the shariah. This is definitely to stay away from. ً While others that is not prohibited from the shariah is a permissable to do so.

However, according to the sufi`s, this is where the love of fame is tested (حب الشهرة). A person will have this disease if it is not treated. He tends to speak,spread and acts something that is not his business in order to be famous. To make it worse, the modern days culture usually brings good fortune for this type of people regardless what he did. This encourage them to do the non ethical conducts even more.

Fear of Missing Out

 

This is one of the thing that a Muslim should fights against. It is not hard to note that most of the trends that arose do not add value to our faith. Thus, not following the trends do not means we are not a good Muslim. In fact, those who stay away from useless trends is a good Muslim.

This is why the prophet and the sufi`s seclude themselves from the public in a certain time. It is to avoid being influenced by bad ethics and sometimes being done by a massive scale of human. To make thing worse, those who do not follow the trends sometimes might be deemed as outdated kind of person.

Conclusion

 

After discussing about the relevant things about the topic, we can conclude that entirely chasing the trend or the movement of the human is not good for the religion. This is becoming more challangeing especially in the modern days where the western societies are regarded as the idol to advance.

This however doesn’t mean that we reject everything that comes from them. It is the things that goes against the religion that we goes against actually.If the Muslim doesn’t understand the value brought by God and his messenger, he is most likely to trapped into their philosophy without knowing it.
