Islam And Its Universality

 Introduction

 

Islam is a religion that comes with solutions to human as whole regardless place,time,tribe and skin colour. Although the prophet was an Arab, he clarified that his teachings not only meant for his people rather than the whole humanity. It is mentioned in Al-Quran ;

 

 

و ما أرسلناك ألا رحمة للعالمين

 

 

Translation : We did not sent you except as a blessing towards all the realms.

Thus, there might be some “strange” things about Islam to other culture. However, it will be no longer strange if it explained by scholars. For example, the prohibition of certain things in its jurisprudence were no other for the benefit of the human. A lot of harm caused by alcohol,drugs and other intoxicatant materials has been proven.

Hence, this paper will clarify more on the theoratical and practical parts of the religion regardless race,gender and skin tone. It will suit any culture from any level. And by this, the culture begotten might be a little different from one place to another.

No Separations Between Religion And Daily Conducts

 

It is important to note that Islam is the only religion that provides guidance in all aspects of life. Contrary to the secularism ideology, there are ways in managing countries,economy and social given by the religion. This is one of the main problem faced by the Muslims where it seems like their daily lives does not connected to the religion. The religion only seems to be practice during Ramadhan,prayers and special ocassion rather than being practiced 24 hours a day.

This philosophy provides for everyone the chance to serves God in many ways rather than only specified in knowledge and acts of worships. This is the modern people should understand. In fact, the Islamic community will be in lost by adopting the philosophies of just limiting the religion into acts of worships. This is not the understanding of the Muslims in the past. This thinking might be begotten by the public since secularization takes place.

Conclusion

 

One of the purpose of revelation is to commit things according God`s way rather than our own way. Human may commit unjust to himself and others he does it with his way. This is because they are full of lust and will do anything in order to achieve their goal.

The revival of the past scholars works and education is quite important in the modern days. The understanding is connected from one person to another until the prophet himself. Serving education according to the public desire will not solve the problem of humanity rather than increasing their lust.

The job of protecting the religion is the responsibilities of all Muslim rather than a single group of people. It is one of the goal of Shariah (مقاصد الشريعة) from six of them. The main component of the religion is knowledge. Islam is not a religion that being inherited from one generations to another.
