Islam And Its Philosophy Of Life
The Religion of Islam
It is important to note that the word of “Islam” refers to the religion that worship sole God and the word “Muslim” refers to the person who adopted this religion whether it is male or female.
The main philosophy or creed of this religion is about the sole God and prophet Mohamad is his last messenger. Islam also acknowledges the previous prophets that are sent by god to their people and for that particular time such as david, moses, solomon, adam and others
The next thing that a person should know when studying Islam is its jurisprudence. There are a lot of rulings but the main things that we are able to see are its prayers, fasting, pilgrimage, clothes and the obligated charity. If a muslim does not perform this, he is consider as a fasiq which means comitting a lot of sins. He should repent from his wrongdoings immediately.
The Main Foundation of Islam
It is important to note that the main foundation of Islam is knowledges rather than materialistic aspects. This is why it survive for more than a century and all of the practices are still the same. If it is built on materialistic based, its identity will be gone once the civilization is diminished just like the Roman,Persian and others. Their identity is no longer here
Islam has its own way in their education style. It must be run through those who really understand it which is the scholars. This is because the main sources of Islam is the Al-Quran and the prophetic tradition which then passed down through the companions and scholars afterwards.
Conclusion
As a conclusion, Islam has its own philosophy on everything and it is proven to be practical throughout times. Most of the Muslim practices are still the same with the one that the prophet and companions adopted more than 1400 years ago.
The impact of the Muslim`s education is also been proven to be stronger compared to the modern sciences. All of the points has been stated above and in my other papers. The rulers and related parties must take action on this matters as the traditional Islamic education will not be foreign to our future generations.
